The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa - Exclusive Golf Plan for Hotel Guests Thank you for considering a golf experience during your stay. Please select your preferred date and time, and submit a request. We will confirm availability with the golf course and notify you of your official tee time. [Practice Facilities] ・Driving Range (250 yards) ・Practice areas for approach shots, bunker shots, and putting are available. [Dress Code] We kindly request guests to wear collared shirts (including turtlenecks) when arriving, during the round, and while inside the clubhouse after play. Jackets are not mandatory. Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, sweatshirts, camouflage-patterned clothing, sandals, sweatpants, or any other attire not appropriate for a golf course. For your safety, we recommend wearing a hat or visor while on the course. [Important Notices – Please read carefully] ・A cancellation fee will be charged even in the event of bad weather or rain: ・2 days prior: 30% ・1 day prior: 50% ・Same day: 100% ・In the case of severe weather such as a typhoon, our staff may contact you by phone to inform you of any cancellation. ・Reservations are limited to one round only. Additional rounds are not available. ・Tee times between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM are not available for request. ・Please check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time. If you arrive late or at the last minute, your play may be denied. By submitting your reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions, play at your own risk, maintain proper etiquette and decorum, and ensure your conduct does not cause inconvenience to others. Terms of Use (Safety, Etiquette, and Golf Manners) Golf can sometimes involve inherent risks. All players are expected to follow the rules of golf, respect etiquette, and uphold the dignity of the game, while taking full responsibility for their actions and ensuring they do not endanger or inconvenience others. 1.Practice Swings on the Tee Box Practice swings should be done only within designated tee areas. 2.Shot Distance Awareness Players must judge their own shot distance and ensure they do not hit into the group ahead. 3.Stay Behind the Swinging Player Do not position yourself in front of a player while they are swinging. 4.Hitting into Adjacent Holes Hitting into neighboring holes is extremely dangerous. Players must assess both distance and direction carefully. If necessary, signal neighboring players and obtain their acknowledgment before proceeding. 5.In Case of Thunder or Lightning Immediately follow staff instructions and evacuate to designated shelters or safe areas. 6.No Open Flames Absolutely no open flames are allowed except in designated areas. Please fully extinguish cigarettes and dispose of them in ashtrays. 7.Club Check Please inspect and confirm your clubs before and after play. The club bears no responsibility for any lost or damaged clubs once play begins. Golf Cart Use Regulations 1.Driving Eligibility Golf carts may only be driven by those holding a valid driver’s license. Ensure passenger safety before operating the vehicle. 2.Passenger Safety Passengers must hold onto the handrail while the cart is in motion. Any damages caused to others during play are the full responsibility of the guest. 3.Cart Damage Any damage to carts or property resulting from guest negligence during play will be charged to the guest. 4.Loss or Theft The club is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to golf clubs or personal items carried on the cart.
