After confirming availability at the golf course, we will contact you with your finalized tee time. 【Practice Facilities】 Driving Range (250 yards) Approach Area, Bunker Practice Area, and Putting Green available 【Dress Code】 We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following dress code upon arrival, during play, and when inside the clubhouse after the round: A collared shirt with a turned-down collar or a turtleneck is recommended. (A jacket is not required.) T-shirts, sweatshirts, and camouflage-patterned clothing are not permitted. Please refrain from wearing overly casual attire such as sandals or sweats, which are not appropriate for a golf club setting. For your safety, we recommend wearing a hat or visor while on the course. 【Important Notes – Please Read Carefully】 ・In the event of bad weather or rain, a cancellation charge will still apply. 　Please understand that the following fees will be charged for cancellations: 　30% (2 days prior), 50% (1 day prior), and 100% (on the day of play). ・In case of cancellation due to severe weather such as a typhoon, 　we may contact you by phone. ・Reservations are available for one round only. 　Additional rounds cannot be arranged. ・Tee times between 9:00 and 11:00 are not available for booking. By submitting a reservation, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, observe proper golf etiquette, maintain sportsmanship, and take full responsibility to ensure your play does not inconvenience others. Terms of Use (Safety, Etiquette, and Conduct Requirements) The golf course may involve certain hazards. Players are expected to follow the rules of golf, behave respectfully, and play responsibly at all times. 1. Practice swings are permitted only within the tee markers or in designated areas. 2. Be aware of your driving distance to avoid hitting into groups ahead. 3. Do not step in front of a swinging player. 4. Avoid hitting into adjacent fairways. 　If this occurs, signal to the other group, obtain their acknowledgment, 　and proceed cautiously. 5. In case of thunder or lightning, follow staff instructions and evacuate to a safe shelter. 6. No open flames or smoking outside designated areas. 　Please extinguish cigarettes thoroughly and dispose of them properly. 7. Check your clubs before and after play. 　The club is not responsible for any loss or damage after confirmation. Motorized Golf Cart Usage Terms 1. Only those with a valid driver’s license may operate the cart. 　Confirm all passengers' safety before moving. 2. Passengers must hold on to the handrails while the cart is in motion. 　In the event of any damage caused during play, the guest will be fully responsible. 3. In the event of an accident, 　any repair or damage to the cart will be at the guest’s expense. 4. The club assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, 　or damage of any clubs or belongings placed on the cart.
